A quantitative descriptive and correlational methods was applied with a total sampling of 15 students from the Introduction to Science for Early Childhood course. Data analysis showed that the average poster score was high, although the correlation between poster scores and students' perceptions of project-based learning through posters was low. This indicates that a positive perception developed regardless of variations in design and presentation skills. Findings also revealed that students tend to face challenges in self- and peer-assessment. Recommendations include improving assessment structures and introducing digital application training. The integration of interactive methods is also suggested to deepen students’ understanding of concepts and their science communication skills.
Titin Kusayang, Ogi Danika Pranata Copyright (c) 2025 Titin Kusayang, Ogi Danika Pranata https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ftk.uinbanten.ac.id/journals/index.php/assibyan/article/view/10756 Sat, 25 Jan 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Pemanfaatan Media Puzzle In-Group Untuk Pembentukan Karakter Kerjasama Anak https://ftk.uinbanten.ac.id/journals/index.php/assibyan/article/view/10726
The purpose of this study is to determine the formation of children's characters to cooperate through in-group puzzle games. This research is based on the fact that children at RA Al-Hidayah UIN Walisongo lack cooperation, especially those in class A. Early childhood has the ability to think critically and their imagination is very large, and they have strong cooperation skills. Therefore, these skills must be stimulated as early as possible so that they become assets for children when they grow up. This case study-based descriptive qualitative research describes a research project. Data were collected by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that puzzle media can shape the character of children's cooperation in RA Al-Hidayah. In this case, it can be seen from the improved communication relationships between children, the more effective division of roles, and their ability to solve puzzles faster. Collaboration skills are very important for early childhood because they can have a positive impact on their growth and development.
Nihayatu Asfarina, Lilif Muallifatul Khorida Filasofa Copyright (c) 2025 Nihayatu Asfarina, Lilif Muallifatul Khorida Filasofa https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ftk.uinbanten.ac.id/journals/index.php/assibyan/article/view/10726 Sat, 25 Jan 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Pengaruh Metode Role Play Terhadap Kemampuan Membaca Puisi Siswa Kelas III SDN 117509 https://ftk.uinbanten.ac.id/journals/index.php/assibyan/article/view/11214
The Effect Of The Role play Method On The Ability To Read Poetry Of Third Grade Students Of SDN 117509. This research aims to analyze the factors that cause difficulties in counting among children in Pendung hilir Village, Air Hangat District, Kerinci Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research subjects consisted of five children who had difficulty counting, while the informats were their parents. Data Was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results dhow that children’s numeracy difficulties are caused by four main factors. First, lack of practice in counting. Second, dependence on cell phones reduces children’s focus and motivation to learn. Third, children’s lack of interest in learning to count. Fourth, children’s learning styles are not given enough attention. This research confirms that to improve children’s numeracy skills, more interactive learning strategies are needed, such as educational games, visual aids, as well as active involvement of parents in guiding children. Eith a more appropriate approach, it is hoped that children will be better prepared to face the next level of education and have a better understanding of the concept of numbers.
Tatia Yuliasti, Wulansari Vitaloka Copyright (c) 2025 Tatia Yuliasti, Wulansari Vitaloka https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ftk.uinbanten.ac.id/journals/index.php/assibyan/article/view/11301 Tue, 03 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Penerapan Kegiatan Market Day Dalam Membangun Karakter Percaya Diri Anak Di TK Insan Mulia Sungai Abu https://ftk.uinbanten.ac.id/journals/index.php/assibyan/article/view/11312
This study aims to analyze the role of Market Day activities in building self-confidence in early childhood at TK IT Insan Mulia Sungai Abu. Numbers are also in currency that needs to be understood early on by all parties. This qualitative study aims to describe how children who study in kindergarten get an introduction to Indonesian currency and explore more deeply about the process of stimulating numeracy skills, especially those running in PAUD BKB Kemas Nuri, Ciruas District, Serang Regency. the introduction of currency value in stimulating children's counting skills that is carried out is still complementary. This can be seen from the introduction activities, namely saving, playing the role of buying and selling or giving alms. In this position, the formation of certain characters is prioritized over children's counting skills. So an introduction with a clear focus can be planned for children.
Toto Hermawan, Suprati Hardi Rahayu, Imroatun Imroatun, Umayah Umayah, Diamah Fitriah, Eva Rojifah Copyright (c) 2025 Toto Hermawan, Suprati Hardi Rahayu, Imroatun Imroatun, Umayah Umayah, Diamah Fitriah, Eva Rojifah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ftk.uinbanten.ac.id/journals/index.php/assibyan/article/view/11484 Tue, 03 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Intervensi Guru terhadap Kemandirian dalam Perspektif Psikopedagogis https://ftk.uinbanten.ac.id/journals/index.php/assibyan/article/view/11548
Independence is an important part of early childhood development that needs to be stimulated early on. Independent children are able to make simple decisions, are responsible for themselves, and are able to manage their emotions without excessive dependence on adults. In the process of forming this independence, teachers have a strategic role, not only as educators but also as mentors and role models. This study aims to describe how teachers intervene in forming early childhood independence from a psychopedagogical perspective. This study uses a library research method, namely by reviewing various theories and relevant previous research findings. The results of the study show that teachers can form children's independence through a psychopedagogical approach such as giving simple responsibilities, positive habits, verbal reinforcement, and implementing scaffolding. Teachers also need to create an emotionally safe learning atmosphere and support children's exploration. As a figure who is close to the child, teachers must be able to present a learning process that does not suppress, but rather fosters. Thus, early childhood independence can grow through appropriate and sustainable interventions, especially if also supported by a consistent home environment.
Elan Elan, Manzilatul Fathy Copyright (c) 2025 Elan Elan, Manzilatul Fathy https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ftk.uinbanten.ac.id/journals/index.php/assibyan/article/view/11548 Tue, 10 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0700
