Hubungan Kepemimpinan Visioner dan Motivasi Berprestasi dengan Inovasi Guru

Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada Guru Madarasah Tasanawiyah sekota Cilegon mengingat hasil studi pendahuluan Inovasi guru masih rendah belum mencapai 100% yang diharapkan, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang hubungan Inovasi Guru dengan variable Kepemimpinan Visioner dan Motivasi berprestasi, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama. Penelitian dilaksanakan terhadap 250 orang Inovasi Guru yang terpilih secara multi stage random sampling dari 668 Guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah di Kota Cilegon, penentuan sampel penelitian dengan vormula Slovin. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan regresi dan korelasi parsial sederhana, korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan sangat signifikan antara variabel bebas antara Kepemimpinan Visioner dan Motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama dengan variabel terikat Inovasi Guru, hasil perhitungan koefisien kolerasi ry.12 = 0,323 dan koefisien determinan r2y.12 = 0,104 dan berkontribusi terhadap Motivasi berprestasi 10,4 %, terdapat faktor-faktor lain yang berpengaruh 89,6 % terhadap Motivasi berprestasi. Sedangkan hubungan secara sendiri-sendiri dari variabel bebas, kepemimpinan transformasional mempunyai hubungan positif dan sangat signifikan dengan Motivasi berprestasi yaitu koefisien korelasi ry.1 = 0,115, koefisien determinan r2y.1=0,013, kontribusi terhadap Motivasi berprestasi 1,3 %, variabel Inovasi Guru (Y) Madrasah Tsanawiyah dapat dijelaskan dan menyumbangkan atau pengaruh oleh variabel kepemimpinan Visioner (X1), sisanya 98,7% disebabkan oleh faktor lain diluar variabel yang diuji, Kepemimpinan Visioner, koefisien korelasi ry.2= 0,312, koefisien determinan r2y.2= 0,098 atau 9,8 %, variabel Inovasi Guru (Y) Madrasah Tsanawiyah dapat dijelaskan dan menyumbangkan atau pengaruh oleh variabel Motivasi berprestasi (X2), sisanya 90,2% disebabkan oleh faktor lain diluar variabel yang diuji dapat diketahui adanya hubungan yang rendah.
