Masalah kesehatan mental di kalangan siswa merupakan krisis global yang semakin memburuk, WHO (2022) melaporkan bahwa 14% remaja mengalami gangguan kejiwaan seperti kecemasan dan depresi. Di Indonesia, peningkatan tekanan psikologis berkorelasi dengan tekanan akademik yang semakin berat dan faktor stres sosial-ekonomi. Intervensi pendidikan kontemporer, bagaimanapun, secara sistematis mengabaikan dimensi spiritual dari pengalaman manusia. Al-Qur'an menyajikan konstruksi psikospiritual yang canggih seperti ṣabr (kesabaran), tawakkal (ketergantungan pada Allah), ikhlāṣ (kesungguhan), dan shukr (syukur), yang memiliki potensi besar untuk pendidikan berbasis ketahanan. Penelitian ini menganalisis ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an yang berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai tersebut melalui metode tafsir klasik dan kontemporer, kemudian mengusulkan kerangka konseptual untuk memperkuat kesejahteraan psikologis siswa. Menggunakan penelitian perpustakaan dengan pendekatan tafsir tematik (mawḍū'ī), penelitian ini mengacu pada karya-karya otoritatif al-Qurṭubī, Ibn Kathīr, al-Misbah, dan al-Azhar, yang diintegrasikan dengan kerangka psikologis yang telah mapan, termasuk model penanggulangan stres dan paradigma psikologi positif. Temuan menunjukkan keselarasan yang mencolok antara konsep-konsep Al-Qur'an dan konstruksi ketahanan kontemporer: kesabaran memediasi persepsi stres, kepercayaan meningkatkan efektivitas diri, kejujuran mengurangi kecemasan sosial, dan rasa syukur menumbuhkan afek positif. Penelitian ini merumuskan model integratif yang menghubungkan spiritualitas Al-Qur'an dengan ilmu psikologi empiris, menunjukkan potensi yang signifikan untuk mengembangkan pendidikan kesehatan mental. Validasi empiris lebih lanjut direkomendasikan untuk menetapkan efektivitas praktis dalam konteks pendidikan
