Mental health challenges among students constitute an escalating global crisis, with WHO (2022) reporting that 14% of adolescents experience psychiatric conditions such as anxiety and depression. In Indonesia, mounting psychological distress correlates with intensifying academic pressures and socio-economic stressors. Contemporary educational interventions, however, systematically neglect the spiritual dimension of human experience. The Qur'an presents sophisticated psycho-spiritual constructs ṣabr (patience), tawakkal (reliance upon God), ikhlāṣ (sincerity), and shukr (gratitude) which possess considerable potential for resilience-based education. This study analyzes Qur'anic verses pertaining to these values through classical and contemporary tafsir methodologies, subsequently proposing a conceptual framework to strengthen students' psychological well-being. Employing library research with thematic (mawḍū'ī) tafsir approach, this investigation draws from authoritative works by al-Qurṭubī, Ibn Kathīr, al-Misbah and al-Azhar, integrated with established psychological frameworks including stress-coping models and positive psychology paradigms. The findings reveal remarkable convergence between Qur'anic concepts and contemporary resilience constructs: patience mediates stress perception, trust enhances self-efficacy, sincerity reduces social anxiety, and gratitude cultivates positive affect. This research formulates an integrative model bridging Qur'anic spirituality with empirical psychological science, demonstrating substantial potential for advancing mental health education. Further empirical validation is recommended to establish practical efficacy within educational contexts.
