ASPEK TAZKIYATUN NAFS DALAM KURIKULUM MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM

The focus of the problem in this study is to develop a Tazkiyatun Nafs curriculum that is appropriate for the age of Junior High School students. The development of the curriculum is focused on developing goals, materials, methods, learning techniques, evaluation techniques, interaction patterns and implementation in everyday life. The purpose of this study is to analyze the aspects of tazkiyatun nafs in the curriculum of PAI subjects at SMP IT Darusshafa Bogor. This research uses a qualitative approach and a quantitative. Based on the results of the study, Aspects of tazkiyatun nafs in PAI subjects at SMP IT Darusshafa Bogor seen from the indicators of success in the research referring to the concept of tazkiyatun nafs Anas Ahmad karzon shown: First, the knowledge accompanied by charity shaleh can be seen from the change in behavior of changing attitudes and calmness bathin in this case in general the students have shown changes from the beginning of entering pesantren until now to become students of SMP IT Darusshafa. Secondly, shaleh charity can be seen with the soul of a devout student in worship, which is accompanied by an increase in the quality and quantity of worship to Allah, on time in carrying out mandatory worship and always maintaining things that are circumcised. In this case, the change is quite significant in a better direction, and there is little advice to make a book of daily practice for students so that they can instropeksi and istiqomah in doing compulsory practices or sunnah. Third, muhasabah and taubat are seen from the change in attitude, get up in the third of the night to pray and taubat and obey the rules of pesantren. As in the results of the questionnaire showed good results and have been carried out. Fourth, befriend the shaleh by creating a conducive environment and supporting each other in kindness.
