Tarbawi: Jurnal Keilmuan Manajemen Pendidikan is an international peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten, Indonesia, in collaboration with the Perkumpulan Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Indonesia (PPMPI) and Indonesian Association of Islamic Education Managers (Perma Pendis) with MoU No.C16/PPI/PK/VI/2020. The journal has a p-ISSN of 2442-8809 and e-ISSN 2621-9549.

 

The journal publishes high-quality research that advances theory, policy, and practice in Educational Management, Educational Leadership, Educational Governance, and Educational Policy. With a distinctive focus on ethical leadership, sustainable governance, digital innovation, and Islamic perspectives, Tarbawi provides an international platform for interdisciplinary research addressing contemporary challenges and emerging trends in educational organizations. The journal welcomes original research, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, bibliometric studies, and policy or conceptual papers that offer significant theoretical, methodological, and practical contributions to educational management across diverse institutional and cultural contexts. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process and are evaluated for originality, scientific quality, methodological rigor, ethical integrity, and scholarly contribution. By fostering international collaboration and evidence-based scholarship, Tarbawi is committed to becoming a leading global forum for advancing innovative, ethical, and sustainable educational management.
