Adanya fenomena dikotomi antara mata pelajaran umum khususnya matematika dengan agama merupakan pemicu untuk dilakukanya penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development model ADDIE. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari lembar angket, tes dan lembar self assesment. Tahapan pengembangan terdiri dari kegiatan: Survey lapangan, studi pustaka, analisis masalah, potensi dan penetapan strategi proyek (Analysis), mengidentifikasi konsep-konsep matematika sekolah dasar yang mungkin diintegrasikan dengan unsur agama Islam, menetapkan jenis aplikasi pembuat video, membuat flowchart dan storyboard untuk tampilan video, dan membuat produk awal video (Design), melakukan validasi produk awal dan merevisinya (Development), mengimplementasikan video pada siswa secara daring (Implementation), dan mengevaluasi apakah media video dapat mengembangkan pemahaman dan karakter religius siswa (Evaluation). Video dibuat memanfaatkan alpikasi pembuat video Powtoon dan Filmora berkaitan dengan konsep pecahan untuk siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar/Madrasah Ibtidaiyah materi pecahan sederhana, pecahan senilai. Hasil veladisi ahli media dan ahli media menunjukkan bahwa video pembelajaran yang dibuat berkatagori baik atau layak dimanfaatkan untuk mengembangkan pemahaman matematis dan karakter religius siswa. Secara empiris, rata-rata n-gain hasil pre test dan post test adalah 0,55 yang termasuk kategori sedang dan hasil self assessment setelah siswa menyaksikan video pembelajaran menunjukkan video dapat mengembangkan karakter religius siswa.
