Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa, respons siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) pada materi Sifat-sifat Bangun Ruang di kelas IV MIN Jeulanga. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pre-test dan post-test group (metode pre-eksperimen). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik uji-t dan statistik persentase (%). Selanjutnya, data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t pihak kanan. Hasil analisis data dengan pengujian hipotesis pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05 dan dk = 20 terdistribusi normal. Dari hasil pengolahan data dapat diperoleh t (0,95) (21) = 1,72, maka thitung > ttabel atau 25,05 > 1,72, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya, siswa dapat mencapai ketuntasan hasil belajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think-Pair-Share pada materi sifat-sifat bangun ruang di kelas IV MIN Jeulanga Pidie Jaya. Selanjutnya untuk respons siswa diperoleh persentase “ya” 68,57% dan “tidak” 31,42%. Hal ini menunjukkan siswa tertarik dalam belajar dengan menggunakan pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS).
