PENGARUH METODE EKSPERIMEN TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN KONSEP SISWA MI PADA MATERI SIFAT DAN PERUBAHAN WUJUD BENDA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh metode eksperimen
terhadap pemahaman konsep sifat dan perubahan wujud benda pada siswa kelas 5 di
MIN 2 Serang. Metode ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimen dengan desain
penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 28 orang
siswa. Data hasil belajar dikumpulkan menggunakan tes pilhan ganda dengan tingkat
pemahaman yang diperoleh siswa pada pretest sebesar 40.25 sementara itu nilai ratarata
posttest 77. Data yang diperoleh dari pretest dan posttest terdistribusi normal
dan homogen. Selanjutnya, hipotesis diuji dan diperoleh hasil t hitung 4.532 dan nilai
ttable 1.706 dengan dk = 26 dan significant level 0.05. Berdasarkan kriteria t hitung>ttable.
Sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode
eksperimen mempengaruhi pemahaman konsep sifat dan perubahan wujud benda di
kelas V MIN 2 Serang
