Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran probing-prompting terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan mengetahui sikap siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Probing-prompting. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran probing-prompting mempunyai pengaruh dan lebih baik dari siswa yang tanpa menggunakan model pembelajaran tersebut. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil dari data post test kelas eksperimen 62,16 dan hasil post test kelas kontrol 52,32. Dan untuk hasil sikap siswa terhadap
pembelajaran matematika yang menggunakan model pembelajaran probing-prompting menunjukkan antusias. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil dari lembar observasi yang digunakan saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung.
