Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi digital dan pengalaman mengajar terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru. Kompetensi pedagogik merupakan kemampuan penting yang harus dimiliki guru untuk memastikan proses pembelajaran berjalan efektif dan berkualitas. Dalam era digital saat ini, literasi digital menjadi aspek krusial yang mendukung guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran. Selain itu, pengalaman mengajar juga berperan dalam membentuk kemampuan guru dalam mengelola kelas dan menyampaikan materi secara efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang disebarkan kepada guru-guru SMA swasta di Kecamatan Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital dan pengalaman mengajar memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan literasi digital dan peningkatan pengalaman mengajar dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru, sehingga berdampak positif pada kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan literasi digital dan pengalaman mengajar dapat menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kualitas kompetensi pedagogik guru di sekolah.
