Abstrak

Era digital telah mengubah paradigma pembelajaran di pendidikan tinggi, menuntut pendekatan yang lebih adaptif dan personal. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi preferensi gaya belajar mahasiswa pascasarjana menggunakan kerangka kerja VARK untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran kontekstual dan adaptif. Dengan menggunakan desain survei deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan 72 mahasiswa Program Magister Manajemen Administrasi Pendidikan Universitas Bengkulu, yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner VARK yang diadaptasi untuk konteks administrasi pendidikan dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial dalam SPSS 26.0. Hasilnya menunjukkan gaya belajar kinestetik dominan (38,9%), diikuti oleh aural (23,6%), visual (19,4%), multimodal (13,9%), dan baca/tulis (4,2%). Temuan ini mengonfirmasi pergeseran dari pembelajaran berbasis teks tradisional ke pendekatan eksperiensial yang mengutamakan praktik langsung dan simulasi. Studi ini merekomendasikan model pembelajaran adaptif terintegrasi teknologi yang mencakup empat komponen: pembelajaran kinestetik melalui simulasi VR/AR, pembelajaran aural melalui podcast dan webinar interaktif, pembelajaran visual dengan infografis digital, dan pembelajaran membaca/menulis melalui platform kolaboratif.
