Manajemen Pengembangan Desain Berbasis Pendidikan Transformatif dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Akademik Mahasiswa PAI

Penelitian bertujuan mengembangkan desain berbasis pendidikan transformatif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi akademik mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. Metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluating). Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dokumentasi, FGD, dan analisis dokumen yang melibatkan mahasiswa, dosen, pakar pendidikan, dan pemangku kepentingan. Hasil tahap analisis menunjukkan perlunya perangkat pembelajaran yang lebih sistematis, integratif, dan selaras dengan nilai Islami serta capaian pembelajaran (CPL). Analisis regresi membuktikan bahwa variabel Desain(X₁), Analisis SWOT(X₂), dan Pendidikan Transformatif(X₃) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kompetensi Akademik Mahasiswa(Y) dengan nilai Sig.<0,05. Desain menjadi variabel paling berpengaruh (β=0,867), disusul Pendidikan Transformatif (β=0,840) dan Analisis SWOT (β=0,582). Tahap desain dan pengembangan menghasilkan modul, RPS, dokumen desain, dan panduan evaluasi yang tervalidasi dengan kategori baik–sangat baik. Implementasi pada lima mata kuliah menunjukkan peningkatan keaktifan dan prestasi mahasiswa, sedangkan tahap evaluasi mencatat peningkatan kompetensi sebesar 85–95% pada aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Kesimpulan: desain efektif dan layak diterapkan di Prodi PAI. Implikasi: desain transformatif bernilai Islami layak diadopsi dalam kurikulum PTKIN. Kontribusi: model desain teruji mampu meningkatkan kompetensi akademik mahasiswa PAI.
