Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yang penting, yaitu untuk memahami secara mendalam bagaimana proses peningkatan kualitas madrasah dilaksanakan melalui implementasi sistem kepemimpinan dalam memperkuat kapasitas sumber daya manusia di salah satu Madrasah Tsanawiyah di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Dalam menggali makna di balik praktik penjaminan mutu sekolah, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berupa studi kasus. Berbagai metode pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk memastikan akurasi dan validitas informasi yang terkait dengan tema penelitian ini. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis melalui proses yang terdiri dari pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa upaya peningkatan mutu madrasah melalui penerapan sistem kepemimpinan untuk memperkuat kapasitas sumber daya manusia di Madrasah Tsanawiyah di Kabupaten Banyuwangi terdiri dari beberapa langkah strategis, termasuk analisis kebijakan, komitmen organisasi, dukungan manajemen, pengembangan tenaga kerja, dan peningkatan inovasi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya manajemen kepemimpinan yang efektif dan peningkatan kapasitas untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan kualitas kinerja individu, serta memperkuat komitmen dan loyalitas mereka terhadap madrasah
