Teacher Professional Education Journal (TPE Journal) applies a double-blind peer-review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process. Submitted manuscripts are evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise in the field.

Manuscripts are assessed based on their originality, scientific contribution, relevance, methodological rigor, clarity, and quality of presentation. Authors are required to ensure that their manuscripts are original and free from fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, duplicate publication, and inappropriate data manipulation.

To maintain the integrity and objectivity of the review process, authors' identities are concealed from reviewers, and reviewers' identities are not disclosed to authors. The Editor may conduct an initial screening to assess the manuscript's suitability, scope, originality, and adherence to the journal's submission requirements before sending it for external review.

The review process is expected to be completed within 8 weeks, although the actual duration may vary depending on reviewer availability and the revision process. Based on the reviewers' recommendations and the Editor's assessment, the manuscript may be accepted, accepted with revisions, or rejected.

The Editor-in-Chief's decision is final. All correspondence, including review results, editorial decisions, and revision requests, will be communicated to the corresponding author via email or through the journal's online submission system.
