Abstract

The global educational landscape has been significantly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, necessitating a reevaluation of teaching strategies. The role of educators in creating effective post-pandemic learning innovations cannot be overstated. This research undertakes an extensive literature review aimed at investigating the pivotal role of educators in cultivating innovative and efficacious learning solutions as the education landscape grapples with the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research emphasizes the crucial role that teachers play in not only shaping the future of education but also in facilitating the ongoing transformation of the educational landscape. Recognizing their importance in shaping the future of education post-pandemic is critical for the success and resilience of the education sector as it undergoes a transformation to meet the evolving needs of learners and society.
