Abstract

Project-based learning has emerged as an innovative approach in the field of education, with the primary objective of nurturing practical skills among students. This research aims to investigate the project-based learning method, analyze its impact on the development of practical skills, and identify the factors influencing its successful implementation. The research methodology employed for this study is a literature review, encompassing an analysis of relevant literature on project-based learning, practical education, and skill development. Information sources were drawn from various scholarly publications. The data analysis results indicate that project-based learning significantly enhances the development of practical skills in students. This approach provides students valuable opportunities to actively participate in hands-on projects that directly relate to the real world. This engagement equips them with practical skills that have immediate applicability in their daily lives and future professional endeavours. The findings of this research provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of project-based learning as an innovative pedagogical approach for fostering practical skill development among Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students.
