Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen pembelajaran berbasis budaya lokal untuk penguatan karakter anak usia dini, dari aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang belum ditemukan pada studi penelitian sebelumnya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus yang dilakukan di TK Al-Kahfi Kota Palopo dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 5 orang yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan kegiatan wawancara secara langsung dan menggunakan google form, observasi serta studi dokumentasi. Tahapan analisis data meliputi reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Verifikasi dan validitas data dengan menggunakan Triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang akurat. Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah memahami konsep pembelajaran berbasis budaya lokal, yang meliputi penggunaan sumber belajar seperti bahasa daerah, dongeng, dan tarian tradisional. Perencanaan pembelajaran dilakukan secara sistematis dengan melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua, serta mengintegrasikan unsur budaya lokal dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Harian (RPPH). Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan metode interaktif dan partisipatif, seperti permainan tradisional dan proyek kelompok, yang memungkinkan anak-anak untuk terlibat langsung dan merasakan pengalaman budaya. Evaluasi dilakukan secara holistik dengan melibatkan orang tua, menggunakan metode observasi dan catatan anekdot untuk menilai perkembangan karakter anak. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis budaya lokal tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak, tetapi juga memperkuat karakter, seperti rasa cinta terhadap budaya sendiri dan sikap toleransi. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi budaya lokal dalam pendidikan anak usia dini sebagai upaya pelestarian budaya dan penguatan karakter generasi muda.
