P5 Activity Management Based on the Local Wisdom of the Banyumasan Community in Kindergarten

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menerapkan desain manajemen kegiatan P5 berbasis kearifan lokal masyarakat Banyumasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian terapan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan manajemen kegiatan P5 berbasis kearifan lokal masyarakat Banyumasan dilakukan melalui tiga langkah. Pertama, merencanakan kegiatan P5 berbasis kearifan lokal masyarakat Banyumasan. Pada tahap ini guru menyusun modul ajar berbasis kearifan lokal masyarakat Banyumasan. Kedua, pelaksanaan kegiatan P5 berbasis kearifan lokal masyarakat Banyumasan. Pada tahap ini anak dikenalkan berbagai produk kearifan lokal masyarakat Banyumasan. Kemudian guru membimbing anak untuk membuat suatu produk kearifanl lokal masyarakat Banyumasan. Ketiga, penilaian kegiatan P5 berbasis kearifan lokal masyarakat Banyumasan yang dilakukan melalui proses recall sebagai upaya reflektif terhadap hasil kegiatan P5. Berdasarkan ketiga kegiatan manajemen tersebut maka sada tiga tahap penting yang dilakukan dalam manajemen kegiatan P5 berbasis kearifan lokal masyarakat Banyumasan, yaitu: (1) tahap knowing the local wisdom; (2) tahap action the local wisdom; dan (3) tahap reflection the local wisdom.
