Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe kartu arisan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuasi eksperimen, dengan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: hasil belajar dengan menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe kartu arisan memperoleh rata-rata nilai posttest 62, sedangkan hasil belajar dengan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional memperoleh rata-rata nilai post-test 51,72. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh thitung ˃ ttabel, thitung = 2,601 dan ttabel = 2,000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPS antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model kooperatif tipe kartu arisan dengan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model konvensional. Oleh karena itu, dapat dinyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe kartu arisan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS.
