Analisis Kesiapan Guru MIS Rantau Panjang dalam Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesiapan guru di MIS Rantau Panjang, Desa Teluk Bakung, Kecamatan Tanjung Pura, dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka. Fokus penelitian mencakup pemahaman terhadap kebijakan Kurikulum Merdeka, kemampuan merancang tujuan pembelajaran yang mendukung Profil Pelajar Pancasila, penerapan prinsip pembelajaran abad ke-21, serta identifikasi potensi peserta didik. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh melalui angket dan metode analitik lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas guru memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka dan mampu merancang tujuan pembelajaran yang relevan dengan nilai-nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Guru juga telah mengintegrasikan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, komunikasi, dan kreativitas dalam proses pembelajaran. Di samping itu, mereka menunjukkan kompetensi yang memadai dalam mengenali potensi siswa. Meski demikian, masih terdapat tantangan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis proyek (PBL), yang membutuhkan peningkatan melalui pelatihan intensif dan pendampingan sistematis. Upaya penguatan ini diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, sehingga mendukung terciptanya generasi pelajar yang berkarakter kuat, adaptif, dan kompeten dalam menghadapi tantangan masa depan.
