Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk berupa media pembelajaran dalam ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran IPS pokok bahasan Peristiwa Kebangsaan Seputar Proklamasi Kemerdekaan di kelas V SDN Gowok Kota Serang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan Research and Development. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa media pembelajaran media bagan garis waktu (time line chart) dinyatakan layak dengan presentase penilaian ahli media 82,5% dan presentase validasi dari ahli materi 87,5% yang menunjukkan klasifikasi hasil penelitian uji coba produk yang dilakukan kepada siswa melalui angket mendapat butir pernyataan presentase 99,8% termasuk kategori sangat baik dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.
