Peningkatan Hasil Belajar PKN Pada Pokok Bahasan Kebebasab Berorganisasi Melalui Model Pair Checks

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pembelajaran PKn pada kelas V SDN I Sukaraja yang pada umumnya guru memang masih menggunakan metode konvensional yakni proses pembelajarannya hanya berpusat pada guru saja (teacher center) Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, dan subyek penelitiannya adalah peneliti sebagai pelaku tindakan kelas dan siswa kelas V SDN I Sukaraja Kec.Malingping Kab.Lebak. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes tertulis. Rancangan penelitian tindakan yang dipilih yaitu model siklus terdiri dari dua siklus. Setiap siklus meliputi unsur perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi.. Model pair checks yang digunakan peneliti dalam PTK ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas dalam pembelajaran siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I persentase aktivitas belajar siswa (69,05%) dan terjadi peningkatan pada siklus II yaitu (81,53%). Maka aktivitas siswa mengalami peningkatan sebesar (12,48 %). Hasil belajar siswa pada tahap siklus I presentase ketuntasan belajar siswa hanya mencapai (36,73%). Sedangkan pada tahap siklus II presentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa meningkat menjadi (86,27%), maka hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar (49,54%). Dengan demikian penerapan model pair checks terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan pokok bahasan kebebasan berorganisasi.
