Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media buku pintar Bahasa Jawa Banten sebagai sarana literasi bagi anak usia dini. Buku ini dirancang menggunakan tiga bahasa, yaitu Bahasa Jawa, dialek Banten, dan Bahasa Indonesia, untuk mendukung keterampilan baca-tulis anak di Raudhatul Atfal Al-Khairaiyah, Kecamatan Pontang, Kabupaten Serang. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan teknik analisis deskriptif, melibatkan validitas keterbandingan melalui uji validasi para ahli, uji antar rater (inter rater reliability), serta uji kelayakan produk. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara tidak terstruktur, studi literatur, dan angket penilaian validator yang dikonversi menjadi data kualitatif dengan menggunakan Skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku pintar yang dikembangkan memiliki validitas dan kelayakan yang baik sebagai media pembelajaran. Kesimpulannya, media buku pintar ini efektif dalam mendukung literasi anak usia dini, khususnya dalam pengenalan dan penguasaan bahasa Jawa Banten sebagai bagian dari budaya lokal
