Salah satu kendala utama dalam pembelajaran matematika adalah ketidakmampuan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah tanpa bantuan contoh yang konkret. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran MATRYK (Math Storybook) guna meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung bilangan cacah siswa tunagrahita kelas II di SKh Negeri 01 Cilegon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) berdasarkan model 4D S. Thiagarajan yang mencakup empat tahap: pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran. Media MATRYK divalidasi oleh tiga validator dan menunjukkan rata-rata skor kelayakan 4,76, dengan tingkat kesepakatan antar penilai sebesar 84%, sehingga dinyatakan valid dan layak digunakan. Media ini juga terbukti efektif meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung bilangan cacah siswa, dengan nilai rata-rata N-Gain 0,86 (kategori tinggi) dan persentase sebesar 86,66% (kategori sangat baik). Media MATRYK memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pembelajaran matematika, membantu siswa mengaplikasikan konsep matematika dalam konteks cerita sehari-hari
