Peningkatan Kemampuan Membaca Permulaan Siswa dengan Metode Struktur Analitik Sintetik (SAS)

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan metode SAS untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan pada siswa kelas II MI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PTK yang dilaksanakan dalam II siklus, masing – masing siklus mencakup tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah berupa tes, observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan dalam penerapan metode SAS dari II siklus. Siklus I yaitu 44% sedangkan siklus II yaitu 83% ketuntasannya. Jadi, dari siklus I dan siklus II meningkat 39% ketuntasannya. Oleh karena itu dapat dinyatakan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode SAS kemampuan membaca permulaan pada kelas II MI Tarbiyatun Mubtadiin Kecamatan Padarincang Kabupaten Serang dinyatakan berhasil.
